TST defines application of Labor Reform

The Superior Labor Court (TST) approved Normative Instruction 41/2018, which regulates the application of the Labor Reform. The document highlights that the procedural rules of this legislation, in force since November 11, 2017, will be immediately applied, without reaching situations initiated or consolidated previously.
